GLOW PROJECT : AUGUSTINUS BADER

written by Faustine 9 janvier 2021

It’s been a dream to collaborate with the brand Augustinus Bader since I tried for the first time their Rich Cream, possibly the most exciting skincare launch in recent years.
This January 2021, I will create recipes for the brand, to nourish, heal, hydrate and plump the skin from the inside out to boost the results of their very unique  formula.
The rock star under the brand is Professor Augustinus Bader, pioneer in stem cell research, bringing his thirty years of expertise and innovative technology to elevate our beauty routine.
He is one of the world’s leading stem cell and biomedical scientists and the originator of a breakthrough medical treatment that activates and orchestrates the body’s natural regenerative processes.
Professor Bader is an internationally recognized authority within regenerative sciences. Bader holds over 200 patents and peer-reviewed papers. I have so much admiration for his work. It’s such a beautiful passion, and working for the brand was such a dream.

My favorite product from the brand is the Rich Cream which is scientifically formulated with avocado, evening primrose oil, and beeswax, natural amino acids, high-grade vitamins, and synthesized molecules. The main thing that sets this product apart is the Trigger Factor Complex (TFC8), which stimulates the skin’s vital system to improve texture and bring back the skin’s cushiony bounce.

The Cream is also packed with all-important lipids to help support skin’s protective moisture barrier, nurturing a softer, more supple complexion that glows with health.

  • Rich in antioxidants, amino acids, and vitamins A, B, C, and E
  • An airless bottle keeps the product free from spoilage by air or other environmental contaminants, ensuring its active ingredients’ highest standards and maximum effectiveness.
  • Free from perfumes, silicones, and fillers

For a next-level healthful glow, proper nourishment is vital. Vibrant whole foods are the best diet for our skin for an inside-out glow. It will improve our skin health but also its vitality, and radiance. Food can also maximize skin’s toning effect, clarity, and cells turnover. Fabulous right? Especially when the only thing we have to do is to eat, we all love to eat right?
Many excellent ingredients support the skin from the inside out and sparkle joy and positivity in our daily life. It is fascinating to see how important food is when it comes to a holistic approach to wellness.

The best diet we would advise you is the simplest one. A classic Mediterranean diet, filled with nourishing nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, healthy fats, and well-sourced lean proteins based on whole plants and whole organic meat, fish and foods.

They all work in synergy to nourish our body, regenerate our cells, rebalance hormone, hydrate and clear our complexion and take care of our gut. Fair skin is not possible without a well-running digestive system. When our core/gut is out of balance, we can’t digest foods properly; our skin can look dull and prone to blemishes and congested. It is increasingly apparent that skin disorders are connected to problems in the gut. A healthy, fully functioning liver is also crucial to the body’s detoxification process.

The liver is vital for the health of our skin. The skin can become a dumping ground for any toxins that the body is not able to eliminate. When the liver is overworked and less able to eliminate toxic waste products, our skin is in the form of breakouts. So, let’s take care of it too.

Toxins are stored in our blood every day from various foods, pollution, and stress. Detoxification is described as a process in which the body neutralizes or removes unwanted toxins. It’s also a great way to boosts the immune system, improves skin radiance, boost digestion, and regulates general wellbeing. Blood is the most essential bodily fluid that carries substances like hormones. To encourage and rebalance all that jazz, few ingredients work wonderfully for our beauty. Let’s focus on them in January to start 2021 with a glorious skin health and tonic core!

So, let’s eat a plateful of different coloured foods from fresh fruits and veggies, mindful fats and proteins seem to be the best option to clear our complexion and gives that touch of natural glow that we are all looking for!
