Travel nourishes me.
I travel to learn, to taste, to capture details and
to feel what, in our routine, we often forget to feel.
Each destination opens a new vocabulary of tastes, textures, colours, and emotions.
It’s to let another culture whisper its rhythm,
its rituals, its truth.
Every journey shapes my hand, refines my intuition,
and reminds me that the art of cooking is, above all,
a way of connecting, to others, to the world, to myself.
The beauty of elsewhere lies in its ability to awaken
the senses, it reminds me that cuisine is universal,
but emotion is always singular.
Each place leaves emotions and colours,
shapes and tastes, and all of them together
create the map of my cuisine.
